Dress to the "T" with your favorite graphics.

Graphic T-shirts were all over the streets at Milan Fashion Week.  Why does street fashion matter? Referring to tedpolhemus.com, "Styles which start life on the street corner have a way of ending up on the backs of top models on the world’s most prestigious fashion catwalks."  With this being said, I decided to take a look at various photographers' collections of show-goers from Milan Fashion Week Spring/ Summer 2013.  There were some fabulous outfits where comfort held great significance.  A reoccurring trend of over-sized or loose fitted T-shirts managed to be worn by these fashionistas in various ways.

A touch of color:  Graphic T's can change up any style.  A simple quotation T or a classic Mickey Mouse shirt will make you feel young all over again.  One way is to pair it with a skirt for a feminine look.  Add bright colors to bring out the fun in your fashion and don't forget to add a the matching, chic heels!

On the edge: Graphic T- shirts can also bring out the edgy/hipster look in you.  Mix and match with black and darker colors.  Choose graphics similar to skulls or even space theme.  You may not choose to wear heels with this style, so try pairing your apparel with some oxfords.

How to wear this trend: This week is your chance to show me how YOU add your personal flair to your T-shirt collection.  Post photos below and let's see what you have in store!  Remember this look is all about personality.  Above are examples from the streets of Milan Fashion Week Spring/ Summer 2013.  Graphic T's always express the individual who is wearing it and the culture around them.  I look forward to expanding my view on the young, fun T-shirt trend.

Are you ready to alter this trend and show me your style?
Let me know what you think.
